More than a decade before the drafting of the Declaration of Independence, William Trindle a Scots-Irish tailor, trader and community leader donated a plot of land to be used as a burial ground by German Reformed Lutherans and Calvanists. Not long thereafter, a log building was erected to be used as a church and school. Since that time, the fledging worshiping community grew and prospered, eventually becoming the congregation we know and love today.
We would hope that you can join us for worship on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm or Sundays at either 8:00 am or 10:30 am. The congregation offers a wide variety of Christian Education programs on Sunday mornings at 9:15 am. On the second Saturday of each month we provide a full-course hot meal at no cost to those who desire a tasty meal and non-judgmental fellowship.
