Olde Towne Galleries and Custom Framing has provided Framing and Art services to the Duluth/Superior and surrounding areas to thousands of satisfied customers.

Olde Towne Galleries is locally owned and operated by Sarah Hedberg, who has 20 years in the framing industry. Sarah has been with Olde Towne Galleries since 2005, and is a certified professional picture framer. When you bring your project to Olde Towne Galleries Sarah will meet with you to guide you through the design process. She will help you pick matting and framing that complements your art, your decor, and your personal style. Sarah has the experience and creativity to ensure that your frame design is a lovely enhancement of your artwork!

Since 1996, Olde Towne has provided framing and art services from projects that included up to 800 picture frames to a single customer to the one piece at a time.

Even if we don’t have a particular frame in stock, our suppliers, Larson/Juhl and TC Molding, are usually only a day away. Unusual projects we have produced include but are not limited to a hinged frame with box for an inset wall safe, outdoor menus with changeable capacity, a facsimile of a sports locker, and even shovels used to signify the start of building construction.

Our conservation/preservation framing tecniques are up to date as our framers attend framing seminars on a regular basis. All mats used are museum quality, backing material used is acid free, and we use all of the conservation quality type glasses. We are a long standing member of the PPFA (Professional Picture Framers Association) and routinely participate in classes. We are “Wizard Platinum Club” members for our work within the computerized mat cutter industry.
