Caspers Famous Hot Dogs® is a fast-casual restaurant chain with eight (8) locations throughout East San Francisco Bay Area. Established by Armenian immigrants in 1934, Caspers is a family owned and operated business that has been serving its secret recipe foot-long frankfurters to generations of hot dog lovers. Known for its signature “SNAP” at first bite, Caspers is a tasty, old-fashioned style hot dog made from a street vendor recipe. The Caspers family also owns SPAR Sausage Company which manufacturers the hot dogs in its state-of-the art San Leandro, California facility.
