Grand Gables Realty Group, Inc. is a full service boutique style real estate firm centrally located in the coastal region of Boston's South Shore. We cover the communities of Scituate, Cohasset, Norwell, Marshfield, Duxbury, Hull and Hingham and the surrounding area. The company was incorporated in July 2002 by David S. Drinkwater, an experienced veteran of the real estate industry and Mary-Ellen (Meehan) Drinkwater, who has over 22 years experience in the Corporate Finance profession, with 10 of those years as an executive officer. In addition to being actively involved in listing and selling property on a full time basis, David has spend a significant amount of volunteer time serving the local, state and national Realtor organization. In addition in recent years, David has expanded his volunteer service in support of helping homeless individuals and families get back on their feet and into the work force. Mary-Ellen utilizes her financial, managerial, customer service and organizational skills to differentiate Grand Gables from all other companies in the industry.
