From the start, Jerry and Tom set out to create a business dedicated to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Holding true to their values, this ambitious pair expanded their company rapidly, buying new locations and growing the Quality Homes family. In 1995, Jerry semi-retired, and Tom purchased Jerry’s interest in the company to become sole owner. The company continued to grow in Tom’s care, selling a total of over 6,000 homes since its inception. It operates from two separate locations in Yulee as well as Middleburg. This means more options for their manufactures and customers. Quality Homes also has the distinction of receiving the Prestigious Customer Satisfaction Award 12 years in a row from Fleetwood Homes, which is a nationally recognized award.
