People Incorporated was founded in 1968 by parents of people with disabilities who were seeking better quality and more diverse services for their children. Today, the organization offers employment training and job development, day habilitation, community and family support services, residential services, and children’s services including early intervention, parenting programs and preschool. By building a strong leadership team and board of directors, we have been able to strengthen the financial base of the organization through solid, creative business practices that ensure we provide premier services to the children and adults we serve, recognize and reward our amazing employees, expand and grow programs and services to meet emerging community needs, and ensure sustainability for the future.
