Rosati Winery Museum is located on historic Route 66 (State Route KK) between St. James and Cuba Missouri and consists of a Museum dedicated to the Italian immigrants that settled Rosati and are responsible for the areas current wine industry. The Rosati Winery building is one of the oldest wineries in Missouri and Rosati Winery Museum is the only museum dedicated to the wine industry in the state. A Gift/Wine Shop features complimentary wine tasting of selected Missouri wines and a Banquet Room that is available thru September for weddings, receptions and parties with seating for up to 100 guests.
