It is more than a donut, it is a mesmerizing experience!

We took all sorts of business models and turned them upside down to create a different, hip, unique, weird, over-the-top, crazy, cosmic and magical donut experience like no other. We also have created some of the best and biggest biscuits in the city.

We had a great run at the Pizza Guy but on 11-08-2011 we started working on our own location. Our original store, opened in January of 2012, is located in the great area of East Dallas on Garland Road between the historic Casa Linda Plaza and the beautiful Dallas Arboretum. Our new location in Denton, opened September of 2014, is off Hickory just west of the Square.

Hypnotic Donuts, of course, offers all the donuts you could never imagine but also carries your standard donuts for those that want a great experience but just a regular donut. In addition, we will continue to serve our shockingly huge chicken biscuits. Plus, we now offer more varieties of biscuit combinations. In Dallas, our coffee is brewed via French press and furnished by award-winning Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters. In Denton, Cultivar Coffee occupies part of our space to serve up their amazing beverages.

Store:

Both locations have various seating arrangements from standard tables, couches, and household chairs. We also have free WiFi and plug-ins.

Want to eat with some righteously cool, freaky fun, and time changing Hippies? Heck, sit anywhere in the store and you will be seated around the best people in Dallas and Denton; these are the Hypnotic “hyppies”.

So the stores might not have that designer feel and heck it might not “flow” but that is because we want to stay with a belief that we can always be supporting local and helping others. That belief is why you will find the majority of our furnishings reclaimed from local charities and other items purchased from local businesses in need of liquidation.
