The AWANA program consists of five clubs: 1) Cubbies – ages older PreK and K – Cubbies will learn how their homes are the primary place for spiritual training and they will start memorizing simple passages of Scripture. 2) Sparks – ages 1st through 2nd grade– Sparks will learn the importance of hiding God’s word in their lives and will have complementing training on such topics as personal relationship with God, telling others about Jesus & inviting them to church and AWANA. 3) Truth & Training – ages 3rd through 6th grade – T & T learn about living the Christian life, the hows and whys of the importance of Scripture and spiritual disciplines such as prayer, and again, the necessity of having your friends come to know the Savior. 4) Trek – Junior High- No one escapes these difficult times. How do students respond when life comes crashing down around them? This study helps the middle school student prepare for the roadblocks. The road trip/ travel theme helps teenagers learn to navigate the bumpy roads of life. 5. Journey- High School- Our high-school program, Journey, features energetic look, biblically based content, life application and an emphasis on Scripture memory. These materials provide relevant tools for in-depth, focused discipleship. They are challenging and thought provoking yet accessible to students from all spiritual backgrounds.
The fee for the year long program is $25 of which you can pay ahead of time or just pay $1 weekly dues instead. The choice is yours. This covers your cost of a T-shirt and your book.
