Who Are We. Ryan Company, inc. was founded in 1970, by Thomas Ryan. At Mr. Ryan's retirement in 1989, the Company was purchased by then employee, Michael Rocheford. At the time of our founding, we handled only one line of boilers in a territory comprising most of Minnesota. Today, we represent 15 lines. Including boilers, stacks & pumps, along with burners in a territory encompassing Minnesota, Wisconsin & the Dakotas.
