We specialize in artisinal-style gelato using only the best ingredients available (Madagascar vanilla beans, Sicilian pistachios, Valrhona chocolates, the list goes on). All sorbetto flavors are made with real fruit (no artificial flavorings) and are typically hand-selected at various local farmer's markets.
The seasons drive our flavors. If it's ripe at the market, you'll find it at Pazzo. If it's only available frozen - no thanks!
We also serve up Intelligentsia coffee (espresso and brewed), wonderful baked goods and gourmet loose-leaf teas.
With a rotating display of local art on the walls, cool tunes playing in the background, great people and incredible dessert, Pazzo is the place to be. Free WiFi, too!
