Our mission is to serve those with neuropathic facial pain, including trigeminal neuralgia, through support, education, and advocacy. Founded in 1990 as the Trigeminal Neuralgia Association, FPA is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We serve everyone affected by facial pain.
