Ecuadent Foundation, founded in 1990 by Executive Director, Tammy Fesche, brings the quality dental and medical care found here in the United States to the impoverished children in her native country of Ecuador.
To date, over 26,000 children have benefited from critical dental care and another 2,800 have been healed by vital, life-changing surgeries including cleft lip and palate repair, burn contractures and hernias--conditions which too often prevent children from going to school and living full, healthy, and productive lives.
Through these treatments and surgeries, the children we treat are given back their smile, their self-esteem, and their hope for a better future.
