Congregation Or VeShalom, meaning Light and Peace, is over 0100 years old and Atlanta's largest Sephardic synagogue. At the turn of the 20th century, Sephardic Jews from the Island of Rhodes settled in Atlanta and founded this synagogue. Today, over 400 families call Or VeShalom their synagogue.
We pray in the Sephardic style with beautiful tunes handed down from our ancestors. Yet, with our intimate surroundings and friendly atmosphere, Jews of every tradition feel at home here. Why not join us and make Or VeShalom your home as well?
