Simonic has been in business, initially as a sole-proprietorship, and subsequently as a corporation, since 1980. The partners of the firm are Nicholas T. Simonic, Sean M. Simonic, Jo Anne F. Ratnecht and of course the Treasurer, Millie Simonic, who has been the motivational force behind The Firm. Behind the scenes, the other partners tap into Millie’s unique insight when making major decisions. The firm has a total personnel base of 17 people, including support staff.
The senior staff has a combined total of 80 years of experience. The company has extensive experience in audits of churches, schools, other non-profit organizations, healthcare agencies, and commercial corporations. The firm is also available for various management advisory services and preparation of business, estate, and financial plans. The company has a tax client base of nearly 2000 clients all over the world. Yet with modern technology, we try to keep a "personal touch" in dealing with all of our clients. Our clients range from churches and ministers to network marketing, to professionals such as doctors and lawyers, to construction companies and to the construction workers themselves.
One of the partners is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The partners are often asked to speak at churches and to professional associations, as well as conventions and seminars.
