Ajax Cafe shared Reveille at the Commons's event.
For those of you who love monthly wine dinners....
Join us on Thursday, August 17, from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Reveille, Fort Worden’s newest eatery, for a Wine Dinner featuring five locally-sourced courses paired with five stellar wines from Wind Rose Cellars. We invite you to meet the winemaker and drink in the ambience of our beautiful seaside property! Husband and wife team David Volmut and Jennifer States began making wine professionally in 2009. With a focus on Italian varieties, Wind Rose Cellars produces wines made with Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Primitivo, Pinot Grigio, Orange Muscat, just to name a few. Plus, food has always been a passion for these two! The couple has made several trips to Italy–particularly Piedmont and Sicily–to try the wines, taste the food and experience the rustic Old Country in an effort to reflect its character in their wines. Learn more at windrosecellars.com. Cost: $55 per person (21 and older event) Space is limited. Reservations are recommended. Call 360.344.4400 ext. 304 to reserve your seat today!
