The hair stylists at Shear Pleasure are required to complete Shear Pleasures Advanced Training Program, which consists of nine months of intense personal training with the Owner/Educational Artistic Director, Darleen Gage. This course is specialized over and above the nine month course required in Private School training to be licensed by the state. Each designer must complete and pass the program to qualify for the opportunity to fully service clients.
Shear Pleasure has different levels of stylists starting from the Junior level to Artistic 2 level. The levels are determined by experience and client demand.
