FosterAdopt Connect began over sixteen years ago as a support group of foster and adoptive families in the Kansas City area. In 2005 we hired our first full time employee. By 2009 the number of employees grew to eight. Today, FosterAdopt Connect has over 100 full and part time employees. All of our programs are focused around the fundamental belief that children do better in families. The best way for abused and neglected children who have been removed from their birth homes to heal is to place them with caring, skilled foster and adoptive parents. FosterAdopt Connect provides training, education and innovative programs designed to assist foster and adoptive parents with providing healthy, safe and loving homes. FosterAdopt Connect is a leader in innovative programs that serve children who, at no fault of their own, find themselves in foster care. From utilizing detective services to find extended family member to placing a Behavioral Interventionist in a foster home to keep children out of residential facilities, family is what FosterAdopt Connect is all about.
