Carlsbad Battered Families Shelter, Inc. is a 501 c 3 non profit agency created specifically to provide specialized services for victims of domestic violence, child victim witnesses and individuals who have perpetrated violence. CBFS is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and is operated by a full time administrator, assistant administrator, 5 full time staff and 1 part time staff.
