Compass Group, Inc. was founded in March of 1999 by Ron and Lisa Flick. Both are still actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. Compass Group has constructed a wide range of primarily commercial Design-Build and Construction Managed projects. Today, the majority of our clients utilize our Land Development Services. Our projects have ranged from renovating a municipal park to designing and creating the very development that houses our corporate office at Gateway to Amelia. We work diligently with architects, engineers and the local community to preserve the nature that surrounds it.
