The Pillars is an 18-room, boutique-style hotel located steps away from Fort Lauderdale beach. The Pillars is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), a London-based consortium specializing in the promotion of first class accommodations, and recommended by Conde Nast Johansens.
Since opening 18 years ago, The Pillars has received excellent reviews. In 2016 The Pillars was listed as the number two hotel overall in the their yearly Readers choice Awards. The Pillars also earned the honor of being named among the top 25 inns in a nationwide roundup by Coastal Living Magazine, a trusted periodical which serves coast-lovers across the nation. In addition to saying that The Pillars “represents a nearly perfect escape”, the article paid tribute to the Secret Garden restaurant by commenting that “you’ll probably want to hoard your daily calorie allotment in anticipation of the exquisite, reservation-only dinners, served waterside under the stars”. The New York Time chose The Pillars as the best bet in Fort Lauderdale for a small “posh” hotel.
