We also believe in supporting the local community by highlighting the products grown and harvested right here in this region. We have wonderful farm-raised meats from Sperryville; fantastic organically-grown vegetables from Washington's Birthplace; free-range chickens, sweet honey and hormone free eggs from Gladys. The list goes on, and we're doing our very best to bring those foods to you directly in our eatery and our market.
Our single most important job is getting to know you, our customers. In the beginning, as we do that, we ask for your patience while we work out the kinks. And in exchange we promise to continue to seek out the best farmers, orchards, dairies and artisans. We'll soon be able to expand our menu and offer even more variety.
