Charlotte Community Foundation is an independent, tax-exempt public charity, created by and for the people of Charlotte County, FL in 1995. We enable people with philanthropic interests to support the issues they and their families most care about, easily and effectively. We build permanent funds through gifts from individuals, families and businesses, and from those funds, we make grants to local nonprofits that address a wide range of current and long-term needs in the community. Our mission is to connect people who care with causes that matter. Now, and forever.
