It is comprised of 50 acres in two locations - the North Railyard and the Baca area - and is home to restaurants, retail shops, live/work spaces, 10 art galleries, 4 unique community non-profit organizations, an active commuter and excursion rail service, and 13 acres of public space including the award-winning 10-acre Railyard Park.
