Care Advantage has been in business for over 28 years and was born out of a need to help people once discharged home from the Hospital. Debbie Johnston, RN started the company after working in the operating room and seeing patients being discharged home “quicker and sicker”. This prompted her curiosity about what was happening to these patients once they were sent home. It was this curiosity that led her into her career of home care and the start of Care Advantage. This has naturally evolved from helping patients leave the hospital to holding their hand and making their last few hours the best possible.
