In Stepps is a state of the art agency that provides applied behavior analysis (ABA), pivotal response treatment (PRT) and positive behavior support (PBS) services to individuals with disabilities and their families. In Stepps strives to educate and empower individuals and their families with the skills necessary to live happy and fulfilling lives. Established by Drs. Yvonne Bruinsma and Erin McNerney in 2010, In Stepps is proud to be led by two experts who have over 30 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and their families. Both are level behavior analysts and certified by the BCBA board (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). Drs. Bruinsma and McNerney studied Pivotal Response Treatment with Drs. Robert and Lynn Koegel at UCSB's Autism Research and Training Center.
