We have been involved in all types of land surveys since 1974, and have provided services throughout the State of New York with the majority of our work performed within 100 miles of the Capital District.
In our 40 years of business, our experience includes design surveys for highway reconstruction and/or rehabilitation, residential subdivision designs, construction stakeout surveys, commercial development site design plans, utility easement surveys for local municipalities, property boundary and topographic surveys, wetland delineation surveys and photo control surveys.
The services we provide have been utilized by private clients throughout New York State, New York State agencies (such as Dept. of Transportation, Thruway Authority, Environmental Conservation, Office of General Services, Dormitory Authority, etc.), local municipalities, prime consulting engineering companies, developers, and utility companies.
