Cascade Mental Health Care is a non-profit community mental health clinic located in Centralia, Washington. Our mission is to provide our clients with compassionate and encouraging counseling leading to a renewed sense of hope and the ability to make positive changes and live more satisfying lives.
Cascade also proudly houses the Lewis County Mobile Crisis Team. They help anyone in need of services who reside, or are currently within, are Lewis County border. A crisis is self-defined, but are often for any mental health, or substance use concern. This is a free, 24/7 program.
