Passage Home is a nonprofit organization that provides an integrated platform of programs and services to serve homeless women, children, and their families.
We have programs to provide affordable housing, youth development, community/economic development, and neighborhood revitalization. Many of our programs and services are provided at the Safety Club and Community Center, serving youth and families in the surrounding community.
