Bear Metal Welding & Fabrication, Inc. was created by Dean Mormino in 1997 after he graduated high school! He was was going to college for a degree in welding / blueprinting and he used his life savings to purchase the necessary equipment, he already had a decent client base from his reputation helping friends and the community! The energy that Dean put into the company created a huge success! He came from a home with only a mother that was never able to be around because it was difficult for a woman to make enough money to survive in those days and his father was a victim of a violent crime in 1986 and never heard from again! This made Dean decide the 1 simple fact, he would never make his family go through what he did with the extreme poverty and loss of their father! That is why he made sure that he made a locally based company, so he would not have to travel away from his children, and make sure that his company was honest, competitive and fair, so he could always provide for his family!
