The Luling Area Chamber of Commerce is an association of businesspersons and merchants that promotes the commercial interests in the Luling area. We currently have just over 200 members. Of that approximately 80% are business members, 10% are local organizations & non-profits, and 10% are individuals.
Not only does the chamber promote local business, we can facilitate small business development opportunities for local companies and entrepreneurs.
The Luling Chamber is unique in that it is a tenant in the Oil Museum along with the offices of The Watermelon Thump Association, Luling Main Street and the Luling Economic Development Corporation. Unlike some other small towns we have the opportunity to work along side and in cooperation with these offices on projects.
Housed in the Oil Museum we also are the home of the Luling Visitor’s Center; For visiting tourists we provide information on the area's attractions, history, lodging, maps, shopping and dining. The Tourism Task Force has created both rack cards and a Luling Tour Guide which are in all Texas Travel Centers, as well as brochure racks along the IH-10 corridor from the San Antonio Riverwalk to Houston.
We welcome you at one of our board meetings, held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month @ 5:00.
