Chesapeake Painting LLC is a newly formed company after Chesapeake Painting and Paperhanging Inc closed after a highly successful 30 year run as one of Maryland’s better known and highly reputable commercial painting operations.

Formed by Charles and Sean Clark, father and son, who were both born into the business. Charles, a 3rd generation painter has well over 40 years of experience and his son, Sean, has over 20 years of doing high quality work all over Maryland and Pennsylvania, including the areas: Ocean City, Baltimore, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Harford County, Cecil County, Southern PA, Hanover PA, Lancaster PA, Lutherville, Ruxton, Roland Park, Dulaney Valley, Phoenix, Timonium, Cockeysville, Hunt Valley, Towson, Bel Air, Port Deposit, Aberdeen, Hampstead, and Eldersburg and all points in between.

Over 30 years, we worked at many of Maryland’s well known institutions including: Johns Hopkins, Sheppherd Pratt, Northrup Gruman and many varied schools and universities including but not limited to McDaniel’s College, Johns Hopkins University, St. John’s College in Annapolis, Gilman, Friends, Calvert Hall, Boys Latin, St. Timothy’s and most recently, Stevens Forest Elementary School in Columbia.

We worked for many respected general contractors including: Lawrence Construction, Ray Kirby Construction, Porter Bros, Richard Poole, and especially, A. R. Marani and Henry Lewis Construction doing all aspects of painting including restoration at many businesses, buildings, schools, churches, hospitals and retirement communities.
