In order to serve the population of individuals who are coming out of correctional confinement, CIA networks with a variety of community agencies, churches, civic centers, mentors and committed volunteers to provide a wrap around of services and family support. CIA has gone full cycle serving families in prison and will implement a 'gang' prevention program at the new site, (former Wesley House) to break the cycle from cradle to crime and provide boys to 13 a positive alternative to gang membership leading to violence and criminal acts.
