Crossroad Health Center opened in 1992 with a mission to provide accessible, affordable, community-based primary health care services and mental health counseling to the residents of Over-the-Rhine and the surrounding Cincinnati communities. In 2009, Crossroad expanded services to the West Side by opening Crossroad Health Center West. In 2014, Crossroad expanded again by opening a School-Based Health Center in Rothenberg Preparatory Academy and Crossroad Health Center Harrison. Emphasizing individual dignity and preventive care, Crossroad has become an increasingly important community resource, serving more than 10,000 patients who otherwise would not be able to afford care. Crossroad is a proud partner agency of the United Way.
