Castle Claims Service provides dependable and efficient service throughout Western Pennsylvania with offices located in Pittsburgh, New Castle, and Erie. We have licensed adjusters for the states of New York and West Virginia. Castle Claims Service continues to assist their clients, insurance companies, and self-insurers, securing quality service for their policyholders and claimants, with fair pricing appraisals, estimates, and prompt contact and follow up.

Our adjusters are required to continue their education and training for an up-to-date understanding of insurance and the perils related to the industry.
Although the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania does not require independent adjusters to be licensed, Castle Claims Service believes that there is value in having adjusters continue to stay current with the changes in the industry. Our adjusters attend Continuing Education classes that not only benefit our company, but also assure our customers they are receiving competent and reliable service. Three of our adjusters have earned their Registered Professional Adjuster (RPA) designation by meeting the necessary qualifications and passing the RPA exam. They continue to keep the designation current by attending the required CE courses annually. In addition, we have one adjuster with the Associate in Claims (AIC) designation and one adjuster currently studying to complete his AIC designation.
Castle Claims Service understands that policyholders and companies are subject to risk of loss at all times. Our stance is to be there when you need us by making a live operator available to take your call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
