Founded in Nashville in 1954 as a member-based, non-profit art organization, the Tennessee Art League’s mission is to support and encourage participation in the visual arts for both artists and patrons. The Tennessee Art League (TAL) provides opportunities for artists 18 years or older from emerging to professional to exhibit their work, interact and learn from each another, and share creative energy. TAL also supports underserved populations through its community outreach exhibits.
