Our pastor, Ed Vasicek, has been serving since 1983 and is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute. We are non-denominational, and we like to think of ourselves as a church for people who want the Word, want the freedom to be themselves within the confines of the Bible (not man-made legalism). Although we offer programs like AWANA, we enjoy mixing the generations and seek to be a family-like church. Programs or big events are not the focus. Most of our folks dress informally. We are neither a high-pressure nor high-emotion type of church, and many people appreciate our laid-back, relational approach. We believe that we are saved by grace through faith, and that can occur in a moment. But growth does not. We take a gradual approach toward Christian growth, emphasizing faithfulness, discipleship, and cultivating wisdom. Our services are aimed to build you up to help you grow.
