Our WaterSmart technique for teaching swim lessons has been successful for decades and our professional instructors make it possible to carry on the tradition.
Advanced swimmers can take advantage of several levels of group classes concentrating on stroke technique, efficiency, strength and endurance. The AQua Wave Otters Swim Team is open to those interested in more vigorous workouts and competitions.
Adult classes are available for all ages and all skill levels ranging from the apprehensive non-swimmer to those wishing to learn and improve all four competitive strokes.
AQua Wave offers warm water exercise classes conducted by Arthritis Foundation certified instructors, as well as physical therapy sessions through Focus Physical Therapy.
