HISTORY: Paul Evans Caterers (aka Tibbles) began as a gourmet food store in 1976 started by two brothers (Paul and Evan). Our executive chef Brett Blitz grew up in the catering business, as the son of one of the founders of Paul Evans Caterers. Brett's experience includes the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. A year in Switzerland under the guidance of Chef Richard Gurst and a return to New York working at Restaurant Daniel under Chef Daniel Bouloud. In 1994, he came full circle, joining Paul Evans Caterers as executive chef.
