Air Compressor & Motor Company

Air Compressor & Motor DBA Aircomo was founded in January of 1997 by Robert Jones Sr and Lowell Jones as a Gardner Denver distributor then in 2003 the company diversified their product line to focus on repairs, installations, and maintenance of all brands of compressor and vacuum pumps for industrial and medical applications. The name Aircomo was taken from a New Jersey corporation that was owned and operated by Robert Jones for 30 years and sold in 1989 without the name (Aircomo) to a major air compressor manufacturer and is still in business today. Air Compressor & Motor registered the trade name Aircomo in 1997 and began doing business as Aircomo in 2000.

Lowell Jones is the company’s president, and Robert Jones is a mechanical engineer and both hold the companies mechanical contracting qualifying license CMC057042. Robert has over 50 years of experience in the compressed air and vacuum industry. Lowell Jones also holds the company’s secondary qualifier contractor license CMC1249610 and is EPA certified universal by the Esco Institute, certificate number 0422327170600. Lowell has over 30 years experience in the compressed air and vacuum industry.

Both founders remain active in the day to day business of Aircomo leading dedicated employees towards the company’s goal to become the premier compressed air and vacuum company in South Florida.
