Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program has been the subject of several scientific studies which have documented the significant benefits this practice can bring to your life. MBSR has been shown to help treat numerous issues; including anxiety, inflammatory disease, high blood pressure, and the everyday stress of work and family. She is an adjunct professor at Montclair State University. Orientation: Thursday, March 23, 6:00pm to 8:30pm Class Dates: Thursdays, March 30 through May 18 6:00pm to 8:30pm All-Day Retreat (Held @ 435 South Street, Morristown, NJ) Saturday, May 6 10:00am to 4:00pm Daytime Groups Summit Location : 357 Springfield Avenue, Summit, NJ The session will be led by Patrick Briody, who received his teacher certification in MBSR from the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness and his certification in executive coaching from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara.
