Management Feedback Systems, Inc. began in 1982 because Barbara Lee, wife of the late industry leader and speaker Mike Lee, strongly suggested the use of a computer to EASE shop duties and better track shop happenings. The custom software that was developed was the FIRST of its kind, with its roots in the general transmission repair industry. Mike Lee made SURE that the software was designed to not only enable owners to manage their shops, but to make the Service Writer's job a dream! Taking over the entire running of the company in 1994, Barbara continued to expand and enhance the original product. After a short retirement, and the passing on of the infamous Mike Lee, her companion of 32 years, she came BACK into the company in 2011 to yet again REDEFINE, reorganize and release the next generation of the product.
