Volunteers: Volunteers are an essential part of the daily operations at HPAF. Volunteer hours are 7am to noon daily. (Winter hours will differ) Volunteers help with cleaning feed tubs, water buckets, cleaning stalls, preparing hay and T&A cubes for the afternoon meal.
Volunteers who make a minimum of a once a week commitment can help with grooming horses and turn out and have the opportunity to learn Parelli Natural Horsemanship.
In addition students of Parelli Natural Horsemanship are needed to play with horses. You will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of Lauren Barwick, 4 Star Parelli Professional. Horses are assessed and given a foundation so they can be adopted.
