CCHS depends greatly on donations from the community, local businesses and volunteers to clean and care for the animals. We are always in need of dry or canned food for dogs, cats, puppies and kittens, clumping litter, paper towels, bleach, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies, rubber gloves in all sizes, blankets, towels, 33 gallon (or larger) trash bags, newspapers as well as donations (cash or check). Any donations may be brought to the shelter during business hours or before business hours by appointment.
Monetary donations may also be mailed to Clay County Humane Society, PO Box 277, Brazil, IN 47834.
