Interfaith Community Services was founded in 1979 by a small handful of diverse faith communities who determined to work together for the good of all who needed help. Today, Interfaith has grown to include over 400 member faith centers working together to help people get back on their feet.
Last year alone - with the help of over 100 dedicated staff and more than 5,400 incredible volunteers - Interfaith provided 17,484 unique men, women, and children throughout North San Diego County with food, shelter, social services, sobering assistance, vocational help, and mental health assistance.
