The Keyser-Mineral County Public Library was founded as a WPA library in 1937 and was originally located in the Old Law Building. In its early days, the library relied entirely on donations for support, but it began receiving some funding from the city and the county in 1950. In 1962 it moved to its current location in the old Farmers and Merchants bank building. We provide many items, and service for the local community including:
