REFUND POLICY A full refund will be issued for any program cancelled by the East Rockaway Recreation Department. No refunds, credits will be issued under the discretion of the East Rockaway Recreation Department. Credits will be valid for one year from date on original credit voucher Any refund request because of illness or accident must be submitted in writing and be accompanied by a Doctor’s Note. Refunds will be prorated based on the date received. All requests must be submitted in writing. CHECKS: If a check is returned to the East Rockaway Recreation Department due to insufficient funds, there will be a $ service charge. Checks CANNOT BE REDEPOSITED. Cash or Money Order will be required immediately to replace returned check and service charge.
