Since its founding in 1983 by Thomas "Tom" McLendon, Jr., Sunbelt Fire has grown to support the heavy demands of the firefighting industry, and now services a large area of the Southeastern United States.
In the beginning, Tom McLendon ran his business out of his home with dedication, hard work, and focus on service and became the E-One dealer for the states of Alabama and Mississippi. Later, with help from his two sons, Thomas and Slade, Sunbelt Fire grew to cover the territories of Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Arkansas, and the Florida Panhandle offering sales and service in the areas of new fire trucks, fire truck parts, fire equipment, and breathing air.
Now, with around 50 team members across five states, Sunbelt Fire delivers superior performance to it's customers while making a distinctive impact on the communities it touches and achieves lasting relationships through dedication and team-work.
