The True Learning Center was established in 1999 by Gisele Several factors contributed to the development of The True Learning Center(TLC). Mrs. was concerned for the safety of children after the shooting at Columbine, Colorado. Allowing children to experience a small classroom size was important so they could have more individual attention. Establishing a school that was affordable was another factor she was concerned with. To solve the cost factor she has intergrated the parents into the classroom setting to keep cost down.
