Dr. Hoehn uses a wide range of physical therapy modalities, and including independent exercise programs. Modalities include different forms of muscle stimulation, ultra sound, aqua therapy, intersegmental traction, manual decompression traction, paraffin, electrical trigger point release, medical acupuncture, and deep tissue release neuromuscular massage.
We Specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic work and auto related injuries as well as general musculoskeletal problems and injuries. We accept many insurances such as AvMed, BCBS, Cigna, Untied Health Care, Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers Compensation to name a few.
If you don't have insurance or your insurance doesn't cover our services, we have affordable self-pay rates for all of the following:
Exam fee ($30) will apply if new patient or if need to be re-established due to length of time since last visit. (X-rays will be an additional cost if necessary)
